Refund policy
Each pair of socks is individually checked before being wrapped and sent to you so we hope you never have a problem with your order but if you do please contact us and we will do our best to fix it the same day. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a refund or exchange for a new pair, items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition they were sent in. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the product is deemed to be faulty.
